In collaboration with some dedicated coaches and mentors, we have developed personalised programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. We understand the struggles associated with anxiety, depression, and low self-worth because we have been there ourselves.

We aim to create a safe and transformative environment where clients can explore their inner strengths and develop effective strategies to navigate life's challenges.

Resilience Mentoring Ltd is here to help you overcome your mental health challenges and build resilience. Everyone deserves access to affordable, high-quality mental health support, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Take the first step towards your recovery, and contact us today.

Tom took that all-important step towards lasting change by reaching out for support from a close friend and mentor. Tom's need for action and transformation led him to launch Resilience Mentoring Ltd.

6 Action Steps To Recovery From Mental Health Issues

6 Action Steps to Recovery

If you are struggling with a mental health issue, taking the first step towards recovery can be difficult. However, you can take several action steps to start your recovery journey.

Here are some steps to consider:

  1. Take an online mental health test: An online mental health test can help you identify your symptoms and provide insights into your mental health. These tests can help you better understand your condition and provide a starting point for your recovery journey.

  2. Complete an online course such as the 5 Pillar program by Resilience Mentoring called S.M.A.R.T. Resilience Training Program™: This program will help you build resilience and overcome mental health challenges. It provides evidence-based tools and strategies to manage stress, build self-esteem, and develop coping mechanisms to overcome life's challenges.

  3. Reach out to Resilience via our contact form and share where you are right now: At Resilience Mentoring, we are dedicated to helping you overcome your mental health challenges and build resilience. You can receive support and advice tailored to your needs by contacting us. Every email is read, and we offer individual guidance to each person corresponding with us.

  4. Practice self-care: Practising self-care is essential to your recovery journey. This can include getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and practising mindfulness and meditation.

  5. Consult with a mental health professional: A mental health professional can provide you with a diagnosis and a treatment plan to support you throughout your recovery journey. They can help you better understand your condition and provide the tools and resources to manage your symptoms.

  6. Speak to a trusted friend or family member: Speaking to someone you trust can be a great way to start your journey towards mental health recovery. This person can provide emotional support and help you find the resources you need to get help.

Alternatively, you can reach out to one of the following mental health helplines for support:
  • Samaritans - Call 116 123 for free, confidential support 24/7.
  • Mind Infoline - Call 0300 123 3393 for information and advice on mental health issues.
  • CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) - Call 0800 58 58 58 (5 pm to midnight) for support with mental health challenges, specifically aimed at men.
